Shipping - Refund & Exchange Policy

Customers have the option to open the package and try on the items while the courier awaits. If the items are unsuitable, they can be returned to the courier, with only the shipping fees being charged. Please note that once the courier leaves, refunds or exchanges will no longer be accepted.

Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached, otherwise, return will not be accepted. Orders placed at a discounted price during sale period cannot be exchanged or refunded. Items marketed as last pieces cannot be opened while the courier awaits and will not be exchanged or refunded.

International Shipping

• All international orders must be prepaid before shipping.
• Shipping costs will be calculated after the order is placed.
• Please be aware that no refunds or exchanges are available for international orders.
• Customs, additional taxes, and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
